What are the course fees for the AMI Diploma?

Can you pay in instalments for the Diploma Courses?

Yes, payment is accepted in 3 instalments. For details visit the Course fees page.

Do you organize teaching practice as part of the AMI Diploma course?

Observation and teaching practice will be scheduled in schools run by an AMI qualified teacher or those considered suitable by the AMI trainers.

Do I need a visa to study on the AMI Diploma Course?

If you are a citizen from a country who is a member of the East African Community (Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda) you will not require a visa. However, it is recommended that all citizens from a country outside of Tanzania inquire at the Tanzania embassy or consulate in their home country if they require a student visa.

Where is the training located?

The Training is located at the Montessori Training Centre Msimbazi in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

What are the daily course hours?

The course starts at 8:30 am and ends at 3:30 pm.

If I am not overnighting at the Montessori Training Centre, can I eat lunch at MTC?

Yes, you can either sign up for lunch during the entire module (Mon – Fri) or you can bring your own lunch.
